Elected to the Council in May 2003. Represents Marley ward. Member of the Estates and Communications Committees. As immediate past Chairman Ron is also a Member of the Finance & General Purposes Committee. He also represents the Council at the Battle In Bloom Group and Crime & Anti-Social Behaviour meetings.

Ron took the lead in the preparation of the local emergency contingency plan.
